1. Order Processing
All orders placed with sanskar and kabir Gold & Clothing are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). After successful verification and payment confirmation, the order is prepared for dispatch.
In case of any delay due to high order volume or stock unavailability, you will be notified via email or phone.
Customized or made-to-order items may take longer to process. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
2. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted and reputable courier services to ensure your products reach you safely and on time. Our delivery partners include major logistic companies such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post, depending on your location.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India. For remote areas, shipping availability will depend on the serviceability of our logistics partners.
International Shipping: At present, we do not offer international shipping. However, this may be added in the future.
4. Delivery Timeline
The estimated delivery time after dispatch is:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
Remote Locations: 7–10 business days
Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistical issues beyond our control.
5. Shipping Charges
We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
For orders below ₹999 or Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a standard shipping charge (₹49–₹99) may apply and will be shown during checkout.
COD availability may be limited to certain pin codes and product categories.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking ID and link to monitor the status of your shipment. You can also track your order directly from our website’s “Track Order” section.
7. Packaging
All products are packed securely and with care to ensure there is no damage during transit. Fragile items like jewelry are packed in tamper-proof, padded boxes. If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please do not accept the delivery and notify us immediately.
8. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will make up to 3 attempts to deliver the order. If the order cannot be delivered due to customer unavailability, wrong address, or any other reason, it may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
