Order Processing Flow
Once we receive your order, we will contact you quickly and send you the CAD. At this point, without affecting the overall look, you can replace stones of the same value with different colors and shapes. Additionally, you can adjust the width and thickness of the ring holder, with a maximum increase of no more than 2mm.
Once you confirm the CAD and jewelry details, we will arrange factory production. Generally, it takes 7 to 15 days. However, some designs may take longer. In the meantime, you can check the progress with the sales representative who contacted you.
Once the product is completed, the sales representative will send you a photo or video of your jewelry for confirmation. You can also request specific camera angles and ambient lighting from the sales representative to ensure a detailed view of your jewelry's details. After confirming the finished product, we will arrange for shipment and provide you with a logistics tracking number. Generally, the logistics time is 5 to 7 days.
