Delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or government restrictions are beyond our control.

5. Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.

Certain items like customized jewelry or sale items may not be eligible for return.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after quality check approval.
