Return, Refund, & Cancellation Policy

At sanskar  and kabir Gold & Clothing, we strive to provide premium-quality jewelry and clothing with excellent customer service. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags, bills, and accessories intact.
The product must not be damaged, altered, or customized.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-made or personalized jewelry.
Products purchased during clearance sales or under “Final Sale”.
Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@lavinagoldclothing.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). Once approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup or guide you through the return shipping.

2. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email or phone. If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:
For prepaid orders, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be made via bank transfer or UPI, for which we will request your account details.
Shipping or COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
In case of product exchange, the new product will be dispatched after we receive the returned item.
We do not issue refunds for:
Products returned in used or damaged condition.
Delays in delivery caused by third-party courier services (unless the product is lost or damaged).

3. Exchange Policy
We allow one-time exchange for clothing items (size or design), subject to stock availability. Jewelry exchanges may be restricted due to purity and handling policies.
The exchange process is similar to the return process. Once we receive the item, the replacement product will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.

4. Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our support team. Once the order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded within 5–7 working days.
Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
In rare cases, we may cancel an order due to product unavailability, payment issues, or unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.
